How does delivery work?

Find buyers all over Nepal and transfer goods for delivery in LocalDelivery branches to sell quickly and without risk.

Step 1

As soon as the buyer selects and pays for your goods, you will receive a payment notification and an electronic invoice number (you will need the number when sending the goods to the recipient's city).

Step 2

Calculate the cost of sending on the LocalDelivery website or in the mobile application.

Step 3

Bring the goods to the Boxberry branch, where shipments of individuals are accepted. You need to have a passport with you.

How to find the right department?

  • Using the map on the LocalBazaar website. Use the "Send a parcel" filter. Only those branches where you can send will remain on the card.
  • Using the LocalDelivery mobile application. Just select the "Departments" tab and use the "Send a parcel" filter.

Step 4

Hand over the packed parcel to the branch operator and name the number of the electronic invoice. You can use your own packaging or get branded packaging at the LocalDelivery branch for free.

Step 5

Track the departure path in the mobile application or in your personal account. As soon as the parcel is issued to the recipient, you will receive an SMS notification about it.

 

How delivery works for the buyer

 

  • Select a product on the Local Bazaar site.
  • Place an order and select a pick-up point
  • Pay for the order. For the period of the transaction, the payment amount is blocked.
  • Track the path of the parcel in your personal account or LocalDelivery mobile application. As soon as the parcel is delivered to your city, you will receive a notification about it.
  • When receiving a parcel, check its contents. If the product does not suit you, it can be sent back to the seller immediately.

 

How to get a parcel at the LocalDelivery branch

 

  • To receive an order, you need to have a passport with you.
  • You can check your order at the LocalDelivery branch within 15 minutes.
  • Carefully inspect the goods and packaging. If you notice damage or the product does not suit you, you can cancel the order.
  • If you are not ready to accept the goods, go to the service employee: he will help to draw up an act of refusal.
  • Remember that when issuing your shipment, the employees of the LocalDelivery pick-up point do not check the performance of the goods, do not include the goods in the power grid, do not advise on the technical properties and principles of operation of the goods
